🎶 "Happiness is singing in a choir!" 🥰
Yesterday, fifteen of our high school students traveled to Wauzeka to perform in the Six Rivers West Honors Choir. They worked with our guest director, Dr. Amanda Huntleigh, from Clarke University and were accompanied by Rochelle Rochelle. These students rehearsed all day and put on an evening performance. The songs they performed were Come to the Music, For This Joy, Louder Than Words (tick...tick...boom), and Hold Me Rock Me. 🎤
Kayla, Hailee, LiaLiz, and Chloe were four out of six group soloists in Louder Than Words. Miss Pink even had the opportunity to lead sectionals and perform with the other directors as the "clarinet choir" in For This Joy. 👏
