The Booster Club would like to thank everyone who donated, volunteered, or attended the fundraiser on Saturday night. We had a great turnout and the bidding on baskets was outstanding! Overall, the event was a great success and we raised enough money to fund several upcoming projects for our school. Thanks again to everyone!

The middle and high school student council groups are hosting a cereal box challenge presented by Do Good Wisconsin. From now until Feb. 28 we are collecting unopened cereal boxes to create a school-wide cereal box domino effect. After we create our video, all cereal will be donated to the food pantry. Yesterday, our State FFA Officer, Jerimiah Ihm, visited the Highland FFA. They had lots of great discussion on where our Chapter is headed and activities/events that our Chapter could host in the future. He was well received by the Agriculture classes as well as our FFA Officers. Thank you, Jeremiah!
Due to our #hcscardinals Elementary gym being occupied on the day of the scholastic book fair, the Elementary students got the opportunity to join the High School PE Class! Each High School student was teamed up with two Elementary students to join them in playing pin guard, a game where each group gets a bowling pin and dodge balls are scattered around the gym. The group must work together to protect their pins while also collecting dodge balls to try and knock down other groups' pins. This activity encouraged teamwork and gave the younger students an opportunity to interact with positive role models!!
