Our staff continues to learn and grow through meaningful professional development that helps better support our students.
This summer, 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗦𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗺 participated in the 𝙆𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝘾𝙤𝙝𝙤𝙧𝙩, a statewide learning opportunity through PBS Wisconsin Education and the UW–Madison Center for Healthy Minds.
The cohort focuses on helping educators support children as they navigate big feelings, develop kindness and empathy, and build compassionate classroom communities. We’re proud of Carley for bringing new ideas and strategies back to Highland to help foster student well-being and learning.. 🌱🪴🌳
