Urgent: Football Parent Meeting – Wednesday, July 15

Due to important and time-sensitive information regarding the upcoming football season, we are asking all football families to attend an urgent parent meeting on Wednesday, July 15, at 5:30 p.m. in the High School Library.

We strongly urge every family to have at least one parent or guardian in attendance, and we also encourage all football players to attend.

Your attendance is extremely important as we discuss matters that will impact the upcoming season. Thank you for making every effort to be there.

Help shape a child's first school experience. Join our team as an Early Learning Classroom Aide and make a lasting difference in the lives of our youngest learners! ✨❤️

The Early Learning Classroom Aide supports the Lead Teacher in providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for three-year-old children. Working under the direction of the Lead Teacher, the assistant helps implement developmentally appropriate, play-based learning experiences while fostering children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development. The 3K Assistant plays an essential role in maintaining a positive classroom environment and supporting the daily operation of the early childhood program.

A huge thank you to the incredible group of student volunteers who pitched in to help clean up around our school grounds today! Your willingness to give your time and lend a hand is a great example of what makes the Highland community so special.

While our campus took a bit of a beating from Wednesday evening's storms, we are grateful the damage wasn't worse. Our hearts go out to our neighbors and communities that were more significantly impacted by the E1 tornado. We are thinking of everyone as recovery efforts continue.

There will be a Hunters Ed field day course on June 12, 2025, from 5:30pm to 9:30pm at the Village of Highland Office. In order to sign up you need to go to the DNR website and search for Hunter Ed Field Day courses in Iowa County. You will need a Wisconsin DNR Customer number in order to sign up for the class. Ages 10 and up are best. Contact Office Swinehart at the Village Office with questions.

Cost is $30 with a shirt and $20 without, and you can register by visiting the parks Facebook page or contacting Nicole Welsh or Mrs. Naeger. Any students who would like to volunteer at the color run for community service hours can also contact Nicole Welsh or Mrs. Naeger.
