
The middle school is looking for "new or gently used items to add to our Christmas Store collection. The Store will be open for gift buying, to the Elementary students December 12th and 13th . If you have items to donate to the store they can be dropped off at the main office from now until the 11th. In recognition of Epilepsy Month we are asking students and staff to wear purple on Thursday.
Any MS students who had a picture retake can stop in the office and pick up your pictures.
MS Wrestlers and Girls basketball players: Make sure you have all of your forms turned in this morning so you are able to practice after school.
FB players, FB evaluations are tomorrow. Juniors, 8 am, soph, 8:45-9:45, Freshmen, 3:30-5:00. Any questions, please contact Coach Aide. Any changes due to the weather, Coach Aide will contact you.

Middle School students are reminded that the FFA is inviting you to Movie Night after school. The movie Barnyard, will be played at 3:45 and will be completed by 5:30. Food and drinks will be supplied. Check with your FFA representatives for any further details.

As part of her senior project, Grace Pustina is creating a Unity club to promote school wide unity and inclusion. Members of the club will play ice breakers, get to know more about each other, and even attend a field trip in February. High school students can sign up for the unity club on the signs posted in the hallway. The club will host their first meeting in Mr. Campbell’s room on November 8th at 3:00. All are welcome.

Throwback {Wednesday} this week! We had so much fun at Breakfast & Books with Grandparents last year we are doing it again! The event will take place on Thursday, November 7th at 8:00am, but RESERVATION SLIPS ARE DUE TOMORROW. We know elementary students would love to have grandma and/or grandpa join them at school for this special event so don't forget to bring your slips back so we can get a breakfast count by tomorrow!


The Highland Booster Club is selling insulated mugs this holiday season! These insulated mugs are great for warm or cold beverages, feature a spill proof lid, and will fit in standard cup holders. The Highland Community Play presents “Is There a Martian in the House?” this weekend. Performances are Friday and Saturday at 7:00 pm and the cost is $5.00 for adults, $3.00 for MS/HS students and $1.00 for elementary.
There will be a HS Student Council meeting on Wednesday at 9:30 in Mrs. Hennessey’s room.
There will be a HS GB meeting on Wednesday right after school in the library.
FB players: Equipment hand in will be at 8:00 Wednesday morning. Please take home all practice and JV game clothes and have them washed before turning them in. Also, you will be voting on team awards at that time.
If you would like to enter the snow day contest, see Ms. Tess with your prediction by October 31st.
There will be play practice at 7:00 tonight.
