Requests are preferred by August 1st for fall dates, by October 1st for winter dates, by January 2nd for spring dates, and May 1st for summer dates. All requests which meet these deadlines will be reviewed equally. Any requests after deadlines will be on a first come, first serve basis if available.
Any school event that is scheduled or rescheduled will take precedence over a facility request.
Please be sure to list all facilities you will be using and use the facilities notes sections for other needs you may have, thank you.
No rental fee will be charged for the use of school facilities. Donations will be accepted. Groups are required to remit $100.00 refundable deposit and will be responsible for the custodial fees in the event that a group/organization does not leave the facility in a good clean condition.
